We have no minimum order quantity, we offer fish in any quantity, our fixed costs are non-negotiable and the customer accepts any cost associated with shipping at their own risk.
Please let us know about your documentation requirement, weather condition and special packing request as we need this to prepare the packaging custom.
Payment
50% of the value of the fish in advance when placing the order.
100% of the value of the shipment, freight and documentation 3 days prior to shipment date.
50% restante del valor de los peces el dÃa que se envÃen los peces en el vuelo.
We accept all payment methods:
Credit Card, T/T, PaymentWire, Cryptocurrencies and Alipay.
We will do the shipment 2 to 3 working days after we receive full payment.
We need that 7 days for checking the health condition of Fish include to take care of them before shipment, preparing all the export documentation and booking the cargo for destination airport as request by customers.
D.O.A. :
- D.O.A. fish should report within 24 hours after the arrival of fish, with respective picture & video.
- Fish Must Be Cut into 2 pieces (no frozen fish)
Any D.O.A. fish will deduct in the next order.
Any external damages that suffer the boxes during the shipment will be of complete responsibility of the airline.
